I experienced quite a hassle checking in; the staff seemed overwhelmed and not very friendly. They made a big deal about my bags, and it felt awkward. Plus, the noise from the street was disruptive, especially at night.

Staying here was a real treat! The classy vibe and delicious food made our visit special. Rooms were spotless with great amenities, although it got a bit noisy at times. Staff were friendly, but service could improve. A lovely spot in a fantastic location! Would definitely return!

What a fantastic spot for a romantic getaway! The hotel is beautifully decorated, giving off a classy vibe that feels straight out of a chic Sydney suburb. It’s super central, making it easy to explore local pubs and restaurants, which we loved. Plus, the comfy bed and crisp bedding made for the best night’s sleep!
On the flip side, our shower had some hair left from previous guests, which was a bit off-putting. the air conditioning was a little noisy, but it wasn't too disruptive. Lastly, we were bummed to find the restaurant closed on New Year’s morning, leaving us searching for breakfast. a few hiccups but still a lovely escape!

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money; our Premium King Room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and comfortable.
The breakfast offerings could benefit from better fruit availability.

We were genuinely surprised to find such a lovely hotel in Griffith—a hidden gem in a smaller town! The spacious rooms were beautifully decorated, perfect for our 18-month-old. While the restaurant was full and dining was limited on a Monday, we enjoyed a relaxing walk to nearby parks and landmarks like the Griffith Pioneer Park Museum. Perfect for family bonding!

I stayed for one night while traveling, and it was an impressive experience. The hotel offered a fantastic location in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops and cafes. My room was beautifully appointed, spotless, and featured a well-stocked minibar. The free WiFi, large TV, and excellent air conditioning made for a comfortable stay. The dining options and bar were chic, elevating our evening with delicious meals and expertly crafted cocktails.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The beautiful large bathroom was a standout, providing a much-appreciated touch of luxury. the location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. I did find the room feeling a bit cramped for the price of over $200 a night, which reduced its overall value.
My experience was marred by an unwelcoming attitude from the breakfast staff. Despite being guests, we were refused coffee service, even after offering to pay.

I always return here because the staff helped me with taxi tips during my first stay. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, parking, and a nice bar. I’m coming back for Christmas—can’t wait!
